LEGAL NOTICE SOUTH PARK SCHOOL DISTRICT BID ADVERTISEMENT On Monday, March 4, 2024, the South Park School District will receive bids for Renovations to the Ballfield Complex for the South Park Elementary Center, 2001 Eagle Pride Lane, South Park, PA 15129. Bids will be received up to 4:00 P.M., to the attention of Chelsea Campolongo, Business Manager, South Park School District, 2005 Eagle Ridge Drive, South Park, PA 15129. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the South Park Elementary Center, on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at 3:00 P.M. It is the intent of the Owner to enter into separate contracts as follows: Contract No. 1A General Construction Contract No. 2A HVAC Construction Contract No. 3A Plumbing Construction Contract No. 4A Electrical Construction Contract No. 5A Not Used Contract No. 6A Turf Construction Bids shall conform with Contract Documents prepared by HHSDR Architects/Engineers, 40 Shenango Ave., Sharon, PA, 16146, and 201 Century Building, 130 Seventh St., Pittsburgh, PA, 15222. Bidders who contact the Sharon office of HHSDR (724-981-8820) will receive a public link to the Contract Documents. No hard copies will be distributed from HHSDR and no deposit is required. Bids shall include a Bid Security Bond or Certified Check, payable to South Park School District, in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, in accordance with Instructions to Bidders, as included in the Contract Documents.
