All Bidders shall be required to submit with their bid a completed AIA Document A305-1986 Contractor Qualification Statement. A mandatory pre-bid meeting for all interested prime contract bidders will be conducted Monday, April 21, 2014, 9:00 am at the project site located at 1220 Powers Run Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15238. All bids must be on a lump sum basis; and include the required break out items and alternate prices. Bidders shall be responsible for verifying all addenda prior to submitting a bid. Failure to acknowledge receipt of addenda may result in disqualification of a bid. The Bid Document Package and all prime bidders must purchase access to the FASTAC Digital Drawing and Document Distribution System for the bidding phase. Contact number 888-832-7882. The Contractor, within ten (10) days after the date the Contractor is notified of the Contract award, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum and a Payment Bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum.
