Bids will publicly be opened and read aloud. SPECIFICATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS---can be obtained by contacting the Manager's Office of the Township of Shaler, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. until 4:30 P.M., at (412) 486-9700, Ext. 211 or 213. All bids must be submitted on the Uniform Bid Blank included with the instructions and specifications. Failure to do so will disqualify the bid.
