General Construction scope includes constructing masonry and steel framed Test Room and Control Room, installing Dynamometer Engine Test Equipment and After Treatment Systems, HVAC scope includes building exhaust, engine exhaust, and control room air conditioning. Plumbing scope includes modifications to water supply and drainage systems, fire protection, and compressed air.
