The Preliminary Budget Proposal may be revised prior to adoption of the 2016-17 Final Budget no later than June 30, 2016. The appellant is requesting a variance to Zoning Ordinance 712, Section 501.2.a.1 - Lot Size, minimum allowable size is 21,780 sq. ft., and Section 501.2.a.4 - Building Setback, minimum allowable setback is 35 ft. Appellant is requesting to be allowed to construct a 60'x60' warehouse on lot that is smaller than 21,780 sq. ft. and are requesting a 25' building line setback.
