NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF OLDKADS CO. (F/K/A KEYSTONE AIR & DRILL SUPPLY CO.), OLDSMS, LLC (F/K/A STOCKDALE MINE SUPPLY, LLC) AND OLDKDS, LLC (F/K/A KEYSTONE DRILL SERVICES, LLC) Pursuant to Section 280 of the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware Date: December 31, 2015 To whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that a Certificate of Dissolution for OLDKADS CO., a Delaware corporation f/k/a Keystone Air & Drill Supply Co. (the "Corporation"), has been delivered to the Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware (the "DGCL") and that Certificates of Cancellation for the Corporation's wholly owned subsidiaries OLDSMS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company f/k/a Stockdale Mine Supply, LLC ("SMS"), and OLDKDS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company f/k/a Keystone Drill Services, LLC ("KDS" and together with SMS, the "Subsidiaries" and the Subsidiaries together with the Corporation, the "Companies"), have been delivered to the Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the DGCL. Any persons with claims against any of the Companies, other than a claim against any of the Companies in a pending action, suit or proceeding to which any of the Companies is a party, must present such claims in writing with sufficient information reasonably to inform the applicable Companies of the identity of the claimant and the substance of the claim. All claims should be sent to: PO Box 258 Fort Lauderdale, FL 33302 Attn: President, Secretary and Treasurer All claims must be received by the Companies by or before February 29, 2016 (60 days from the date of this notice). Any claim against the Corporation not received by the aforementioned date shall be barred in accordance with the DGCL. All claims must be presented in writing and must contain sufficient information reasonably to inform each of the respective Companies of the identity of the claimant and the substance of the claim. The Corporation may make distributions to other claimants and the Corporation's stockholders without further notice to claimant. The Subsidiaries may make distributions to other claimants and to the Corporation without further notice to claimant. The Corporation has not made any annual distribution to its stockholders in any of the last three (3) years. The Subsidiaries have not made any annual distribution to the Corporation in any of the last three (3) years. This notice does not revive any claim barred or subject to a statute of limitations as of the date hereof or any date after the date hereof, nor does it constitute acknowledgement that you are a proper claimant of any of the Companies. Each of the Companies is an independent and separate legal entity and maintains itself as such. Each of the Companies reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any claim submitted in response to this notice. NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 667 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Rostraver Township Board of Commissioners that an Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 300, Chapter 195-Zoning has been prepared. This ordinance amends the regulations to the raising of chickens and establishes rules and regulations relative to same. Included is the regulation of the size of plots of land to be used to raise chickens, regulations for the presence of roosters, regulation for buildings and chicken coops that may be utilized for raising chickens and providing for setbacks to be in conformity with zoning regulations, and imposing penalties for violations thereof.
