REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF FUNDS On or about March 10, 2014, the City of Pittsburgh delivered to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, a Request for Release of Funds and Certification, form HUD 7015.15, a published combined Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds and Finding of No Significant Impact under Title 1 of the United States Housing Act of 1937. The aforementioned notice did not contain a complete funding source list for the project known as KBK Larimer Phase I, as required by 24CFR 58.43, Dissemination and/or Publication of the Finding of No Significant Impact and 24 CFR 58.70, Notice of Intent to Request a Release of Funds. In order to remedy this deficiency, the City is publishing a correction which provides for the required funding source information.
