CITY OF MORGANTOWN MONONGALIA COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA BID CALL 2019-06 – SUNNYSIDE TIF PHASE 3A – BEVERLY AVENUE AREA IMPROVEMENTS ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of Bid Call 2019-06 – Sunnyside TIF Phase 3A – Beverly Avenue Area Improvements project will be received by the City of Morgantown, at the office of the Finance Director in the City Municipal Building at 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505, until 2:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, January 31, 2019, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing roadway, sidewalk, lighting, and storm sewer improvements along Beverly Avenue and Model Alleyway. Improvements also include soldier pile lagging wall, landscaping, and dumpster pads with enclosures. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. – 829 Fairmont Road, Suite 201, Morgantown, WV 26501. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Thursdays between the hours of 9:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M.
