ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposal will be received by Braddock Hills Borough, 1300 Brinton Road, Braddock Hills, PA 15221 until 11:00 AM on August 7, 2014 and publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter for the 2014 PAVING PROGRAM. Milling and Overlay of Garfield Ave. from Delaware to Wilkins and Jefferson St. from Pennsylvania to Virginia Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract, Instructions to Bidders and Proposal Forms may be obtained at Senate Engineering Company, U-PARC, 420 William Pitt Way, Pittsburgh, PA 15238 (412)826-5454. A non-refundable deposit of $25.00 for reproduction and binding of the specifications and plans will be required. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose name and address are on record as having obtained the contract documents. Bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the Braddock Hills Borough and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the form attached to the Contract Documents, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Braddock Hills Borough. All envelopes containing bid proposal shall be clearly marked "2014 PAVING PROGRAM". The Braddock Hills Borough reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals, for any reason whatsoever.
