PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with Pennsylvania Code 25, Section 271.141, Kelly Run Sanitation, Inc. herein provides public notification of the submittal of a RCRA Post-Closure Permit Renewal Application on or about February 16, 2016 to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP), Southwest Regional Office located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This application does not propose any design, operational or closure changes to the facility. The permit renewal is a procedural requirement whereby the permit documents for the facility are renewed on a periodic basis. This permit application addresses the on-going monitoring and maintenance of the previously closed RCRA Western Disposal Area located at the Kelly Run Sanitation, Inc. facility. Copies of the application are available for review during normal business hours at the PADEP office, 400 Waterfront Drive, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222-4745. Fees for copying may be charged by the PADEP. Copies of the application will be submitted to the Forward Township and Allegheny County offices by the PADEP. The host municipality and county may submit comments recommending conditions upon, revisions to, and approval or disapproval of the application to the PADEP. The PADEP will also accept and consider comments from the public during the permit review period. NOTICE TO BIDDERS BOROUGH OF DORMONT OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA Sealed Proposals will be received by the BOROUGH OF DORMONT, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania for: 2016 OPEN CUT SPOT REPAIR PROJECT This project involves sanitary sewer point repairs at eight (8) different locations. Work includes, but is not limited to: sanitary sewer excavation point repair and replacement including wye and lateral repairs, MH installation, Contractor CCTV verification of the repair locations and post repair CCTV, the location and adjustment of buried sanitary sewer manholes, all traffic control and restoration of disturbed areas. Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the words "2016 OPEN CUT SPOT REPAIR CONTRACT". All Proposals must be in the hands of Benjamin Estell, Borough Manager, Borough of Dormont, 1444 Hillsdale Avenue, Suite 10, Pittsburgh, PA 15216, before 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Friday, April 29, 2016, and the same will be publicly opened and read thereafter.
