Section A Notice to Bidders Sealed bids will be received by the Quaker Valley Council of Governments (hereafter referred to as the "QVCOG"), Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, for the following Community Development Block Grant Year 40 project: CD40-7.7, ADA Sidewalk Ramps and Ambridge Avenue Park ADA Access Sidewalk Project Leet Township All proposals must be sealed, marked with project name and number and delivered or mailed to Quaker Valley Council of Governments, 8306 Ohio River Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15202, no later than 10:00 A.M. on Monday, October 5, 2015 and same will be opened at 10:01 A.M. on Monday, October 5, 2015. The proposals must be mailed or delivered in sealed envelopes and they must be clearly identified as proposals for the projects outlined above. The bids will remain firm for a period of ninety (90) days. This must be done for each individual project that a contractor intends to bid on.
