ALLEGHENY COUNTY SANITARY AUTHORITY LEGAL NOTICE CONTRACT NO. 1637 The Allegheny County Sanitary Authority is soliciting Bids for CONTRACT NO. 1637 FURNISHING AND DELIVERING CAUSTIC SODA FOR DEMINERALIZATION UNIT REGENERATION.
