Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh Waiting List Opening for the new Sky Line Terrace Community (the new Addison Terrace) Project Based Voucher Program The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) will be holding a lottery for spots on the waiting list for the new Sky Line Terrace Community under the Project Based Housing Choice Voucher Program. Pre-applications will only be accepted for families who qualify for two- (2) bedroom and three- (3) bedroom units. HACP will be accepting pre-applications online at www.hacp.org from: 8:00 a.m., Monday, September 22, 2014 through 11:59 p.m. Sunday, September 28, 2014. Pre-applications can only be submitted online. If you do not have internet access, internet access is available at all Allegheny County public libraries and HACP will provide limited computer/ internet access at the HACP Occupancy Department, 100 Ross Street, 4th Floor. CDs containing solicitation documents may be obtained for a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00-NO REFUNDS). Each solicitation is on a separate CD. The bidders will be required to submit the package of certifications included with the contract documents relating to Equal Employment Opportunity. The Authority reserves the right to withhold the award of the Contract for a period of 120 days after the opening of the bids. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informality or minor irregularity in any bid or bids. The Authority also retains the right to investigate the qualifications of bidders prior to any award and to award contracts only to contractors who, in the sole judgment of the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, are qualified and equipped to properly execute the specified work.
