BOROUGH OF BALDWIN SUMMARY NOTICE UNDER LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT DEBT ACT Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Baldwin will consider, at a meeting to be held on July 21, 2020, at the municipal building located at 3344 Churchview Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15227, at 7:30 p.m. (or at such other time and date, properly advertised, as the Borough Council may determine, no later than thirty (30) days following publication of this notice), together with such other business as may come before the Board, and, if appropriate, shall enact an Ordinance authorizing nonelectoral debt in the presently estimated maximum amount of $3,750,000. The Ordinance is summarized as follows: Article 1 defines certain terms, including the Bonds and the Project, which consists generally of payment of the costs of: (a) refunding, for debt service savings, all or a portion of the Borough's General Obligation Bonds, Series of 2015 (b) various capital improvements; and (c) issuing the Bonds. Articles 2 and 3 authorize the incurrence of nonelectoral debt by the issuance of General Obligation Bonds, establish a sinking fund and pledge the full faith, credit and taxing power of the Borough to the payment of the Bonds. Article 4 provides the form, maturity amounts, interest rates and the terms and provisions for the payment of the Bonds. Articles 5, 6, 7 and 8 address the Sinking Fund Depository, events of default, and amendment and discharge of the security documents. Article 9 contains federal income tax covenants; Article 10, securities law covenants. Article 11 provides for the sale of the Bonds, establishes certain funds and sets forth certain directions for Settlement, while Article 12 authorizes other related and necessary actions. BOROUGH OF BALDWIN ENACTMENT NOTICE UNDER LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT DEBT ACT Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Baldwin, at a meeting held on July 14, 2020, enacted an Ordinance titled and summarized as follows: AUTHORIZING THE INCURRING OF NONELECTORAL DEBT BY THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES OF 2020 IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NINE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($9,145,000.00); COVENANTING TO PAY, AND PLEDGING UNLIMITED TAXING POWER FOR THE PAYMENT OF, THE BONDS; ESTABLISHING SINKING FUNDS AND APPOINTING A SINKING FUND DEPOSITORY; FIXING THE FORM, INTEREST RATE, MATURITY, REDEMPTION AND OTHER PROVISIONS FOR THE PAYMENT THEREOF; ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE BONDS; AUTHORIZING A FILING OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT; RATIFYING AND DIRECTING CERTAIN ACTIONS OF OFFICERS; AND MAKING CERTAIN OTHER COVENANTS AND PROVISIONS IN RESPECT OF THE BONDS. The Bonds were purchased at a price of 99.60% of the principal amount, plus $49,370.40, representing net original issue premium, for a total price of $9,157,790.40, by PNC Capital Markets LLC. BOROUGH OF GREEN TREE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE BE ADVISED that a public hearing will be held on Thursday evening, July 30, 2020 that will commence at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time via Zoom meeting for the following applicants: ZHB-01-2020 Applicant, Jason McGee, the owner of property located at 98 East Manilla Avenue, is requesting a variance from the following section of the Borough of Green Tree Codified Ordinances to install a swimming pool closer to the rear lot line than permitted by ordinance: 1.
