REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP): Allegheny County Small Business Coronavirus Relief Response In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, ACED is responding to meet the needs of Allegheny County small businesses who are unable to obtain adequate federal relief. While financial relief is a critical part of re-stabilizing the Allegheny County small business community, ACED also recognizes the need for long-term business resiliency planning that equips businesses to better respond to future regional disasters. As such, the purpose of this solicitation will be two-part: - PART I seeks to identify small business lenders with demonstratable experience in making loans and/or extending lines of credit to small businesses. Special consideration will be given to those lenders with focused experience serving small businesses that have difficulty securing financing from traditional sources. - PART II seeks to identify innovative and scalable approaches to small business technical assistance provision. Organizations are invited to respond to either or both of the proposal sections.
