RECEIVER'S SALE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF PENNSYLVANIA DOCKET # 2:17-cv-01581 (the "Action") Wherein, U.S. Bank National Association, successor to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for the registered holders of Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage Securities Inc., Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-PWR17 is the plaintiff (the "Plaintiff") and Hillcrest Shopping Center, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, as trustee under that certain Trust Agreement dated December 31, 1986 is the defendant ("Defendant"). Receiver makes no representations or warranties (expressed or implied) as to the existence or validity of any liens and encumbrances on the Mortgaged Property which is the subject matter of this Sale. Lienholders and/or claimants are hereby notified that liens and claims relating to the Mortgaged Property will be divested as a result of the Sale, unless lienholders or claimants take necessary steps to protect their rights.
