OFFICIAL BOROUGH OF FRANKLIN PARK NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at a regular public meeting to be held on September 17, 2014 at 8:00 p.m. prevailing local time, at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, intends to consider the following applications: (1) Subdivision Application SS-14-09-05 filed by Dari Gross for The Gross Plan, a lot line revision for the property located at 2566 Wexford Bayne Road in the R-1 zoning district; and (2) Subdivision Application SS-14-09-06 filed by NVR/Ryan Homes for the Ridge Forest PRD Lot 209 Revised, a minor subdivision to subdivide existing lots into townhome units at the locations of the party walls, in the R-4, PRD Zoning District. The applications may be examined weekdays during regular business hours in the office of the Building and Zoning Department.
