NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING The City of Pittsburgh will hold two public hearings to seek input from interested residents, community organizations, and the business community on the 2015 Capital Budget. These hearings are separate from the 2015 CDBG Program hearings. The hearings are being held prior to the release of the 2015 draft Capital Budget to enable the City to adequately review citizen testimony. Those attending the hearings are invited to comment on the use of the City's Capital funds and other federal and state funds.
