LEGAL NOTICE PARKWAY WEST CAREER & TECHNOLOGY CENTER BID ADVERTISEMENT On Thursday, February 20, 2025, the Parkway West Career & Technology Center will receive bids for Miscellaneous Improvements Phase 3 to the Parkway West CTC. Bids will be received up to 11:00 A.M., to the attention of Dr. Darby Copeland, Executive Director, Parkway West CTC, 7101 Steubenville Pike, Oakdale, PA 15071. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the site on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. It is the intent of the Owner to enter into separate contracts as follows: Contract No. 1 General Construction Contract No. 2 HVAC Construction Contract No. 3 Electrical Construction Bids shall conform with Contract Documents prepared by HHSDR Architects/Engineers, 40 Shenango Ave., Sharon, PA, 16146, and 201 Century Building, 130 Seventh St., Pittsburgh, PA, 15222. Bidders who contact the Sharon office of HHSDR (724-981-8820) will receive a public link to the Contract Documents. No hard copies will be distributed from HHSDR and no deposit is required. Bids shall include a Bid Security Bond or Certified Check, payable to Parkway West Career & Technology Center, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, in accordance with Instructions to Bidders, as included in the Contract Documents.
