OFFICIAL ROSS TOWNSHIP NOTICE The regular meeting of the Ross Township Zoning Hearing Board will be held at the Ross Township Municipal Building, 1000 Ross Municipal Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. to review the following applications: ZHB-14-14 Pittsburgh Sign & Lighting requesting the following variances to Chapter 27, Part 16: Section 1608.1.D(1) to permit a 1'-6" height increase to the maximum 6 foot height requirement; and Section 1608.1.D(2) to permit a 10 square foot increase to the maximum 50 square foot requirement for a ground sign on property known as T-Mobile, located at 7372 McKnight Road in a C-1 Zoning District of the 2nd Ward. ZHB-17-14 Dana M. McCarty, Esq., agent for Verizon Wireless, requesting a Special Exception to install rooftop antennas on property located at 160 6th Avenue in a C-2 Zoning District of the 3rd Ward. ZHB-19-14 Kevin Flanigan requesting a variance to Chapter 27, Part 9, Section 907 3 ½ foot right side yard variance to permit deck construction on property located at 306 Cedar Drive in an R-2 Zoning District of the 5th Ward. ZHB-20-14 Maria and Greg Fischer requesting a variance to Chapter 27, Part 18, Section 1804.1.P(2) for a 40 square foot increase to the maximum 20 square foot area requirement for a monument sign on property located at 1105 Rochester Road in a C-2 Zoning District of the 4th Ward. ZHB-21-14 Vince Michelotti requesting a variance to Chapter 27, Part 9, Section 906.6.D(6) to permit a swimming pool in the front yards with a zero foot setback from Grant Avenue & Chestnut Street (unopened) on property located at 240 Grant Avenue in an R-1 Zoning District of the 5th Ward. ZHB-22-14 Priority Sign requesting a variance to Chapter 27, Part 16, Section 1608.1.B(1) for an additional sign of 44 square feet on the southern elevation above the main entrance to the Sleep Number store on property located at 4840 McKnight Road in a C-1 Zoning District of the 1st Ward. ZHB-23-14 Frank Kielniarz requesting a variance to Chapter 27, Part 9, Section 907 for a 4 foot left side yard variance to construct a deck on property located at 122 Point Vue Drive in an R-1 Zoning District of the 4th Ward.
