OFFICIAL ROSS TOWNSHIP NOTICE The regular meeting of the Ross Township Zoning Hearing Board will be held at the Ross Township Municipal Building, 1000 Ross Municipal Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. to review the following applications: ZHB-14-14 Pittsburgh Sign & Lighting requesting the following variances to Chapter 27, Part 16: Section 1608.1.D(1) to permit a 1'-6" height increase to the maximum 6 foot height requirement; and Section 1608.1.D(2) to permit a 10 square foot increase to the maximum 50 square foot requirement for a ground sign on property known as T-Mobile, located at 7372 McKnight Road in a C-1 Zoning District of the 2nd Ward.
