The construction work is estimated to begin in October 2014. The estimated values of the project are in the following ranges General Construction $180,000.00 - $265,000.00 Electrical Construction $4,200.00 - $6,000.00 Plumbing Construction $25,000.00 - $37,000.00 Mechanical Construction $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 Bid Documents will be available on or about Monday, July 7, 2014 for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY.
