Immediately after the closing time for receipt of bids, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid conference will be held at the Township of Hampton Water Pollution Control Plant facility, 2536 Toner Avenue in Hampton Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. to review the details of project requirements.
