Borough of Dormont Notice of Public Hearing The Dormont Borough Council will hold a public meeting on Monday, March 3, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. to take public comments on a Conditional Use Application for Jubilee Christian School requesting to utilize the educational area of the North Way Christian Community Church, located at 2865 Espy Avenue. The Conditional Use Section is 210-45B (1) (k) subject to 210-62E and the application is recommended by the Planning Commission. The public meeting will be held in Council Chambers at the Dormont Municipal Center, 1444 Hillsdale Avenue, Pittsburgh PA 15216.
