Allegheny County Department of Human Services and Juvenile Court Public Hearing on Children's Services Annual Plan and Budget The Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) and Juvenile Court will hold a public hearing Wednesday, July 31 at 1 p.m., at One Smithfield Street, Lower level, Liberty Conference Room. The purpose of the public hearing is to obtain comments on the DRAFT of the 2014-2015 Office of Children, Youth and Families Needs-Based Plan and Budget that will be presented to the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. The plan will be available beginning July 19 on the DHS website at: http://www.alleghenycounty.us/dhs/plansbudgets.aspx#cyf. Persons wishing to provide comments on the plan are asked to call 412-350-3457 (TDD 412-350-5205) by July 26 to be placed on the agenda. Persons may present written or oral testimony at the meeting.
