INVITATION TO BIDDERS THE PITTSBURGH WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY ADVERTISEMENT SEPARATE and SEALED BIDS for the following solicitation, will be received by the Office of Procurement, Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, 1200 Penn Ave., Second Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, until 2:00 PM Prevailing Time May 11, 2016. INVITATIONS FOR BIDS (IFB) FOR 2016 Sewer Lining Contract PWSA PROJECT NO. 2016-424-228-0 All bids must be submitted in accordance with the solicitation that can be obtained by sending an e-mail to cjuratovic@pgh2o.com. There will be no charge for the solicitation, as it will be sent via e-mail. All questions relating to the solicitation itself shall be directed to Jim Tracey, Contract Specialist, via e-mail: jtracey@pgh2o.com, no later than May 4, 2016. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid for the project under construction. Said Bond shall be duly and legally executed with a Surety or Trust Company which has complied with City Ordinances/Resolutions relating thereto. A Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract value for each awarded project will be required after award. The Contractor must assure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sexual preference, sex, or national origin. The bidders will be required to submit the package of certifications included with the contract documents relating to Equal Employment Opportunity. The Authority reserves the right to withhold the award of the Contract for a period of 60 days after the opening of the bids. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informality or minor irregularity in any bid or bids. The Authority also retains the right to investigate the qualifications of bidders prior to any award and to award contracts only to contractors who, in the sole judgment of the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, are qualified and equipped to properly execute the specified work. BETHEL PARK SCHOOL DISTRICT SUMMARY NOTICE UNDER LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT DEBT ACT Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Directors of the Bethel Park School District will, at a meeting to be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 8:00 PM in the Board Meeting Room at the Administrative Offices of the Bethel Park School District, 301 Church Road, Bethel Park, PA (or on such other date, not later than 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, and at such time and place, as the Board may lawfully determine), along with such other general business matters as may come before the Board, consider, and may then adopt, a resolution authorizing non-electoral debt in the presently estimated amount of $90,990,000, and summarized as follows: Article 1 defines certain terms, including the Bonds and the Project, which consists generally of (a) advance refunding all, or portions of, the School District's General Obligation Bonds, Series of 2009, in order to achieve debt service savings, (b) funding certain capital improvements to District facilities and (c) paying the costs of issuance of the Bonds. Articles 2 and 3 authorize the incurrence of non-electoral debt by the issuance of General Obligation Bonds and establish a sinking fund. Article 4 provides the form, maturity, amounts, interest rates and the terms and provisions for the payment of the Bonds. Articles 5, 6, 7 and 8 address the Sinking Fund Depository, events of default, and amendment and discharge of the security documents. Article 9 contains federal income tax covenants; Article 10, securities law covenants. Article 11 provides for the sale of the Bonds, establishes certain funds and sets forth certain directions for settlement, while Article 12 authorizes other related and necessary actions. DEBTOR: GRECO ACQUISITIONS, INC., D/B/A HR EVANS STEEL COMPANY 193 James Street, East Palestine OH 44413 NOTIFICATION OF PUBLIC SALE AND DISPOSITION OF COLLATERAL ASSETS, AND OPPORTUNITY TO SUBMIT COMPETITIVE BID TAKE NOTICE: Greco Acquisitions, Inc. d/b/a HR Evans Steel Company ("Company") is indebted to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. ("Secured Party"), 50 S. Main St., Floor 3, Akron, OH 44308, under a Credit Agreement, Pledge and Security Agreement and Forbearance Agreement ("Loan Documents").
